There
is a new newspaper in town, The Cozumel
Sun! The sun posts up to the minute
news on what is happening in Cozumel in English. This is not a duplication of what nice things
and social gatherings are happening around the island. It is the news that is
reported in the local radio and TV stations and in newspapers such as Tiempo de
Cozumel, Por Esto, Novedades, El Semanario, etc.
I purchased the already established
publication that had a format for tourist type articles and reviews. Slowly, I
am converting it to focus on current local news, a directory of service
providers, and a section on living in Cozumel.
Eventually
the site will be a one stop source of information for residents of our
beautiful island and visitors alike. In order for this labor of love of mine to
succeed, I need your assistance in the following manner:
-check
out the Sun Facebook page and give me a “like”.
-check
out the actual newspaper and email me with suggestions and comments.
-Contact
me with recommended Service Providers from all categories. This is FREE
advertising for them.
-Under
the “Living in Cozumel” section. Give me ideas on additional information needed
